Kathy Rossi, Business & People Strategist

Kathy Rossi, MHRM, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a veteran of the human resources field and has consulted on business matters for industries such as construction, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, technology, and law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from International College and her master’s degree in strategic human resources management from Walden University. She is certified in DiSC Behavioral Analysis, Motivating Factors / 12 Driving Forces, and EQ Analysis.

Building on her strong educational background, Rossi worked as a member of the executive team with titles such as human resources manager/director, human resources business partner, recruiting manager, human resources generalist, and contract recruiter before starting her own consulting firm. She has also served in company operations, providing a broader perspective of the needs of small to medium-sized companies.

Rossi has been a board member of her local chapter of SHRM and volunteered with Junior Achievement, the Harry Chapin Food Bank, post-Hurricane Ian relief drives, and local blood drives. She resides in St. Johns County, FL, with her husband of over 40 years, John; they have three grown children.
